These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales through Icross Flyfishing AB and exclude any deviating terms from the buyer. No modification of these conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Icross Flyfishing AB.

Products
Our products are designed for transport on lakes and rivers — in still water, not rapids.
We continuously test and improve our gear to make sure it meets high safety and performance standards.
Warranty & Product Care
All Icross products come with a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects.
The warranty starts from the original purchase date.
What’s Covered
- Production or material defects
- Faults appearing under normal, intended use
- Replacements or repairs for faulty products
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by Icross
- Damage from exposure to rapids, sharp objects, or over-inflation
How to File a Warranty Claim
Send an email to info@icross.fish including:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
We’ll review your claim within 30 days and contact you with next steps.
Product Care
To ensure long life and performance:
- Inflate to 8 PSI (never exceed 15 PSI)
- Rinse with fresh water after each use
- Dry completely before storage
Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT and free returns within Sweden.
At checkout you’ll see the total price including all taxes and fees.
We use Stripe for secure card payments.
You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, or other accepted cards.
Your card information is encrypted and never stored by Icross after the transaction.
Delivery
We ship worldwide. Normal delivery time is 5–7 business days within Europe.
During holidays, handling may take a few extra days.
Deliveries are handled by DHL, UPS, TNT, and FedEx.
You’ll be notified by email or SMS when your package is ready for pickup.
A valid ID is required upon collection.
Unclaimed Packages
Your delivery will be held for 14 days at the local post office.
Unclaimed packages are returned to us and debited 399 SEK for the return cost.
If you change your mind, please pick up the delivery and return it according to our return policy.
Returns & Complaints
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from delivery (in accordance with Swedish law SFS 2005:59).
Returns are only accepted if products are unused, complete, and in original packaging.
Please include the return form and use protective outer packaging.
For complaints or damaged goods, contact info@icross.fish within reasonable time and include your order number and photo if possible.
Manufacturing defects are covered for up to 3 years after purchase.
Force Majeure
Icross Flyfishing AB is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control
(e.g. war, natural disasters, transport strikes, or supplier issues).
If such a delay exceeds two months, both parties may cancel the agreement without additional cost.
Disputes
In case of dispute, Swedish law applies and we follow the recommendations of Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
Be Safe and Don’t Be Stupid
We inflate the ICROSS to about 8 PSI — that’s rock-hard and safe. Always wear a life jacket and avoid white water. Enjoy the freedom to explore — and share your adventures with us.
